The rooms were a nice size and had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. A handy kitchenette was a great addition. The staff were affable, ready to any request.

Property was family-friendly, with helpful staff and fantastic location around multiple train stations. The rooms were well laid out and new-fashioned with climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The atmosphere created was family. The whole experience was perfectly pleasant👌👌

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Tokyo and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the train station and away from the busy part of the city. The room was incredibly spacious, much larger than other hotels I've stayed at, and had all the amenities I needed. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the separate toilet and the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the room. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location was great, near to a subway station and away from the busy center. the room was spacious and had amenities such as a fridge and a coffee maker. Beds were comfortable too.

The service was not great, the staff did not speak English well and could not communicate well with us. the shower was not very strong and the bunk beds were not made up properly.
